Up to 10 new fleet drivers a month. I personally activate every driver on our carrier account, so I cap how many I take on. If this month's spots are taken when you join, you're first in line for next month, and your fee stays fully refundable until you're activated.
- $297 one-time to join — includes your full FlowSync driver account. No monthly fee, no insurance charges.
- 15% dispatching fee on loads we bring you, taken from the load. Paid every Friday.
- We only earn when you do. No loads that week means no fee that week.
- Everything in Premium is included: the tools, the ads guide, the Curri mastermind course.
- Refund: Make your joining fee back in your first 60 days on the fleet, or we refund it in full — no questions asked. Before you're activated, it's fully refundable anytime.

Operated by Barham Transport LLC. FlowSync and Barham Transport are independent and are not owned by, affiliated with, or part of Curri. Fleet drivers are independent contractors, paid through Stripe Connect with a 1099 at year end. No guarantee of load volume or earnings. The joining fee is fully refundable until you're activated on our carrier account; after activation it's refunded in full if your take-home from fleet loads in your first 60 days is under the fee you paid (ask within 30 days after); removal from the fleet for two violations on the carrier account means no refund. Full terms: refund policy.
How it works
You get on our account instead of waiting on your own approval, we bid the loads, you run the ones you want, and you're paid every Friday as an independent contractor.
Gig accounts wait to be offered. We bid. A delivery app posts a load at a listed price. A driver on a gig account claims it at that price, or waits for a text offering a few dollars more and feels like they won. On our carrier account we don't claim at the listed price — we place bids, and when the load justifies it we aim to roughly double the payout.
A real one from our own week. A load posted at $100.45. We bid $300 and won it. On the way there the app was still shopping the job to cheaper gig drivers — it texted one of them $145, he took it, and we both showed up at the pickup. He'd got there first, so we let him have it. Same pickup, same drop-off, same pallet: he ran it for $145 when the shipper had already agreed to pay $300.
That's one load, not a promise — every load is different and bids don't always win. But it's why the 15% dispatching fee pays for itself: keeping 85% of a $300 load beats keeping all of a $145 one.
How a load reaches you
The offer comes to your phone. You decide.
No refreshing an app and no guessing what a load pays. When a load fits your vehicle and your radius while you're Active, the offer comes straight to you — and the first driver to accept gets it.

Passing is fine. You only commit when you tap Accept, so only accept loads you'll run.

Real loads from our fleet
Not a mock-up. Here's an actual run.
Straight from a fleet driver's phone: the assignment the night before, the delivery record with what Curri paid, and another multi-stop run.

The night before
Curri's assignment for a scheduled 10:30 AM pickup in Chippewa Falls, WI — and Elliot's reply.

Delivered and paid
Chippewa Falls to Grantsburg, WI. Curri paid $107.53 for the run — at the standard 15% fee, the driver's share is $91.40.

Another run
One pickup, two drop-offs (Cameron and Bruce, WI) — started 10:12 AM, done by 11:01 AM.
Real runs from a fleet driver, shared with his permission (last name and customer photos hidden). Real loads, not a promise — every load is different and volume depends on your market. FlowSync and Barham Transport are not affiliated with Curri.

How is this different from signing up with Curri myself?
You run loads on Barham Transport's Curri carrier account instead of waiting on your own approval, and we bid loads rather than only taking the listed price. If you later get your own carrier account, using both is up to you.
How do loads reach me?
On Telegram. When a load fits your vehicle, radius and trip length while you're Active, you get an offer with the pickup, drop-off, miles and your take-home pay, plus Accept and Pass buttons. Offers go to the nearest Active drivers and the first to accept gets the load. Your open offers and loads are also listed in your account.
Do I have to take every load?
No. Pass on anything that doesn't suit you, and go Inactive whenever you don't want offers. Once you accept, we claim the load for you in Curri, so only accept loads you'll run — backing out after that counts against the carrier account.
How and when do I get paid?
Every Friday through Stripe, with a 15% dispatching fee taken from the load. Want it sooner? Choose payment in 1–2 business days for a 20% fee. You're paid as an independent contractor and receive a 1099 at year end.
What does it cost?
$297 one-time, which includes your full FlowSync driver account and everything in Premium. No monthly fee and no insurance charge. The 15% fee applies only to loads we bring you — no loads that week, no fee that week.
What if I change my mind?
Make your joining fee back in your first 60 days on the fleet, or we refund it in full — no questions asked. Before you're activated, it's fully refundable anytime. Two violations on the carrier account means removal from the fleet without a refund.
What vehicles can join?
Sedan through box truck. Each offer lists the vehicle the load needs, and you're only offered loads your vehicle can carry.
How many loads will I get?
It depends on your market and how often you're Active — we can't promise a number. We take on a limited number of new drivers each month so each one gets real dispatch support.
Is FlowSync part of Curri?
No. FlowSync and Barham Transport LLC are independent and are not owned by, affiliated with, or part of Curri.
